Staytric is a product of Zyncori Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62099TZ2026PTC040428), with its registered office at 5/12-1-15, Aaseervatha Samuthaya, Metturdam, Mettur, Salem - 636401, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Zyncori Technologies Private Limited.
These terms govern use of the Staytric platform and mobile app ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of your property or organization.
A business that subscribes to Staytric is also bound by the Staytric Subscription Agreement, which its account owner accepts in Staytric. Where the two differ, the Subscription Agreement applies.
Accounts are provided to property staff by the property/organization that subscribes to Staytric. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access to features is governed by your assigned role.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (e.g. channel-manager or OTA connections) may affect access.
Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your property remains responsible for the data it collects from and about its guests.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Staytric is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
